2000—2023年桃核承气汤临床应用研究文献可视化分析

摘要:

[目的] 分析桃核承气汤临床应用方面的研究现状及发展趋势，预测研究热点，为今后研究提供参考。[方法] 检索2000年1月1日—2023年10月10日中国知网（CNKI）、万方数据知识服务平台、维普数据库（VIP）收录的“桃核承气汤临床应用”相关文献。运用NoteExpress软件去重，Excel 软件分析发文量趋势，VOSviewer（版本号1.6.19）和CiteSpace（版本号6.2.R4）软件对纳入文献作者、机构及关键词进行共现、聚类、时间网络及突现分析。[结果] 共纳入402篇文献，发文量总体呈上升趋势；涉及809名作者，发文量最多的是王健、申建国、陈羽，主要研究机构有天津中医药大学、山东中医药大学、河北省沧州中西医结合医院等，作者及机构间合作均较少；结果得到10个聚类，认知功能、炎症因子、脓毒症、胃肠功能障碍、卵巢功能、高血压性脑出血、老年骨折、中风为近3年来该领域的研究热点。[结论] 近年来桃核承气汤在重症医学领域应用增多，主要涉及认知功能障碍、胃肠功能障碍、脓毒症等方面。

Abstract:

[Objective] To analyze the current status and progress trends in the field of clinical application of Taohe Chengqi Decoction，to predict future research hotspots，and to provide a reference for future research. [Methods] Literature on the clinical application of Taohe Chengqi Decoction was retrieved from CNKI，Wanfang Database，and VIP databases from January 1，2000 to October 10，2023.NoteExpress software was used for literature management. Excel was applied to analyze the trend of the number of publications. VOSviewer（version number 1.6.19） and CiteSpace（version number 6.2.R4） were utilized to conduct co-occurrence analysis on author，institution，and keyword information. [Results] AA total of 402 articles were included in the analysis，with an overall upward trend in the number of articles. The 809 authors were involved，and the authors with the most articles were WANG Jian，SHEN Jianguo，and CHEN Yu. The main research institutions were Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine，Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine，Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western of Hebei Province，and so on，but there was little cooperation among them. Analyzing the keywords from about 10 clusters，and in the last 3 years，the focus of the research was cognitive function，inflammatory factor，sepsis，gastrointestinal disorder，ovarian activity，hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage，senile fracture，and stroke. [Conclusion] Taohe Chengqi Decoction had more use in the field of critical care medicine，including cognitive impairment，gastrointestinal disorder，sepsis，and so on.
