| 针刺对脑梗死神经可塑性影响机制的研究进展 |

| 神经可塑性是脑梗死患者康复的重要机制之一，亦是当前研究热点。近年来，针刺已被发现能从多途径、多靶点调控神经可塑性，改善脑梗死后的神经损伤。文章总结了近十年针刺治疗脑梗死的文献，发现针刺可以通过调节突触可塑性、内源性神经发生、轴突再生、神经可塑性相关蛋白和神经营养因子的表达及星形胶质细胞发挥治疗作用，并对上述影响机制进行综述，旨在为针刺参与脑梗死等其他慢性、重大神经系统疾病的治疗提供参考。 |

| Neuroplasticity is one of the important mechanisms for the recovery of patients with cerebral infarction，and it is also a hot spot of current research. In recent years，acupuncture can regulate neuroplasticity from multiple pathways and targets to improve neurological damage after cerebral infarction. In this paper，we summarize the literature on the treatment of cerebral infarction by acupuncture in the past decade and find that acupuncture can play a therapeutic role by regulating synaptic plasticity，endogenous neurogenesis，axonal regeneration，and the expression of neuroplasticity-related proteins and neurotrophic factors，and review the above mentioned mechanisms，which is aimed at providing references for the participation of acupuncture in the treatment of cerebral infarction and other chronic，major neurological diseases. |
