中医药通过增加GPX4的表达抑制铁死亡防治慢性心力衰竭研究进展

摘要:

慢性心力衰竭是一种复杂的临床综合征，是多种心脏疾病发生发展的终末期阶段，其特征是发病率和病死率高、患者生活质量差及治疗费用高。现代研究表明，铁死亡高度参与了慢性心力衰竭的发病过程。铁死亡是一种新型的铁依赖性调节细胞死亡形式，其特征是脂质过氧化物的积累和氧化还原失衡。谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶4（GPX4）是铁死亡进程中的重要角色，是该过程的关键拮抗剂。大量研究表明，中医药防治慢性心力衰竭具有多组分、多靶点的特性，且治疗效果显著，越来越多的研究表明中医药可以通过影响GPX4的表达来抑制心肌细胞铁死亡，为防治慢性心力衰竭提供新的思路。

Abstract:

Chronic heart failure is a complex clinical syndrome，which is the end stage of the occurrence and development of a variety of heart diseases. And it is characterized by high morbidity and mortality，poor quality of life，and high treatment costs. Modern studies have shown that ferroptosis is highly involved in the pathogenesis of chronic heart failure. Ferroptosis is a novel form of iron-dependent regulatory cell death characterized by lipid peroxide accumulation and REDOX imbalance. Glutathione peroxidase 4(GPX4) plays an important role in the process of ferroptosis and is a key antagonist of this process. A large number of studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of multi-components and multi-targets in the prevention and treatment of chronic heart failure，and the therapeutic effect is significant. More and more studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine can inhibit the ferroptosis of cardiomyocytes by affecting the expression of GPX4，providing new ideas for the prevention and treatment of chronic heart failure.
