摘要:

慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）是一种反复发作、难以根治的慢性肺系疾病。临床研究表明针刺可有效缓解COPD临床症状、改善肺功能，是治疗COPD的有效手段。从机制上阐明针刺治疗COPD可以指导临床实践。文章通过检索近5年针刺治疗COPD的基础研究文献，总结归纳其主要作用机制，包括抑制炎症反应，改善免疫细胞失衡，抑制氧化应激反应，调节基质金属蛋白酶-9/金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1水平，提升膈肌功能，抑制表皮生长因子受体（EGFR）-P38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶（P38MAPK）信号通路介导的气道上皮细胞黏蛋白5AC（MUC5AC）表达。从以上多角度阐述针刺治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的机制，旨在为今后开展相关研究提供依据。

Abstract:

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） is a chronic lung disease that occurs repeatedly and is difficult to cure. Clinical studies have shown that acupuncture can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of COPD and improve lung function，which is an effective means to treat COPD. Clarifying the mechanism of acupuncture treatment for COPD can guide clinical practice. Through searching the basic research literature of acupuncture treatment of COPD in recent years，this paper summarized its main mechanism of action involving the following aspects：inhibiting inflammation；regulating immune cell imbalance；inhibiting oxidative stress；regulating matrix metalloproteinase-9/metalloproteinase-inhibitor-1 levels；enhancing diaphragm function；inhibiting MUC5AC（MUC5AC） expression in airway epithelial cells mediated by epidermal growth factor receptor（EGFR） -p38 mitogen activated protein kinase（p38MAPK） signaling pathway. The mechanism of acupuncture treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was expounded from the above perspectives，aiming to provide a basis for future related research.
