[目的] 探究百合固金汤联合利奈唑胺对耐多药肺结核患者肺功能及T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。[方法] 采用随机数字表法将2020年6月——2023年6月于沧州市第三医院治疗的160例耐多药肺结核患者随机分为西药组(80例)和联合组两组(80例)。其中西药组在常规治疗的基础上,给予利奈唑胺治疗;联合组在西药组的基础上给予百合固金汤治疗。对耐多药肺结核患者的临床疗效,治疗前后肺功能、T淋巴细胞亚群以及治疗期间不良反应情况进行比较分析。[结果] 治疗后联合组的临床总有效率(95.00%)显著高于西药组(80.00%)(P<0.05);与同组治疗前比较,两组患者肺功能指标呼气峰值流量(PEF),第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1),肺功能用力肺活量(FVC)均显著上升(P<0.05),治疗后联合组患者肺功能指标PEF、FEV1、FVC显著高于西药组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后CD3+、CD4+和CD4+/CD8+水平显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗后联合组CD3+、CD4+和CD4+/CD8+水平显著高于西药组(P<0.05);治疗期间,联合组不良反应发生率(2.50%)显著低于西药组不良反应发生率(11.25%)(P<0.05)。[结论] 百合固金汤联合利奈唑胺对耐多药肺结核患者的治疗效果显著,可有效改善患者肺功能,调节患者T淋巴细胞亚群,且安全性较高。 |

Impacts of Baihe Gujin Decoction combined with linezolid on lung function and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with multi-drug resistant tuberculosis |

[Objective] To investigate the effect of Baihe Gujin Decoction combined with linezolid on lung function and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis. [Methods] A randomized numerical table method was used to divide 160 patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis treated in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 into the western medicine group(80 cases) and the combination group(80 cases). Among them,patients in the Western medicine group were given linezolid on the basis of conventional treatment;the combination group was given Baihe Gujin Decoction on the basis of the Western medicine group. The efficacy of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis patients after treatment,lung function,T-lymphocyte subpopulations before and after treatment,and adverse reactions during treatment were compared and analyzed. [Results] The total clinical effectiveness rate of the combination group(95.00%) was significantly higher than that of the Western medicine group(80.00%) after treatment(P<0.05);compared with the same group before treatment,the lung function indexes peak expiratory flow rate(PEF),first second expiratory volume with exertion(FEV1),and lung function exertion volume with exertion(FVC) of the two groups were significantly higher(P<0.05);the pulmonary function indexes PEF,FEV1,and FVC were significantly higher than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05);the levels of CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ were significantly higher than those before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the levels of CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ were significantly higher than those in the western medicine group in the combined group after treatment(P<0.05);during the treatment period,the adverse reactions in the combined group incidence rate(2.50%) was significantly lower than the incidence rate of adverse reactions(11.25%) in the western drug group(P<0.05). [Conclusion] The therapeutic effect of Baihe Gujin Decoction combined with linezolid in patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis is remarkable,which can effectively improve patients’ lung function,regulate patients’ T-lymphocyte subpopulations,and has a high safety profile. |
