| 在“阳化气，阴成形”理论的指导下，认为“阳化气”不及是中风病的发病基础，“阴成形”太过是中风病发病的重要条件。督脉理论与阴阳气化理论相通，贯穿疾病的全程。从督论治中风病，认为督脉闭阻为中风病发病的经络学基础，疏通督脉为中风病治则的重要途径。根据中风分期给予相应的调督处方可实现精准施治，促进患者早日康复。 |

| Abstract: |
| Under the guidance of the theory “yang governs qi transformation and yin governs form”，it is posited that insufficient “yang transformation of qi” constitutes the pathological foundation of stroke onset，while excessive “yin formation of substance” serves as a critical predisposing factor. The Governor Vessel theory aligns with the yin-yang qi transformation doctrine，permeating the entire disease progression. In stroke treatment based on Governor Vessel theory，the obstruction of the Governor Vessel is identified as the meridian-system basis for stroke pathogenesis，with unblocking this vessel emerging as a pivotal therapeutic approach. Implementing stage-specific Governor Vessel regulation protocols according to stroke progression enables precise treatment，thereby facilitating patient recovery. This comprehensive strategy integrates traditional meridian theory with modern phased treatment principles to optimize clinical outcomes. |
