| 摘要: |
| 紫雪散，源于《千金翼方》卷十八·杂病中“紫雪”，为凉开剂中的常用代表方剂，与安宫牛黄丸、至宝丹合称“温病三宝”。紫雪散组方成分多样，并表现出多种药理功效，如解热、镇静、抗炎、抗惊厥等，现已广泛用于治疗小儿高热惊厥、感染性休克等疾病，疗效较为显著。文章就紫雪散的历史沿革、化学成分、现代临床应用、药理作用、制备工艺、质量控制、开发利用等方面进行综述，以期为该经典方剂的合理研究与利用提供一定参考。 |

| Zixue Powder，derived from the “Zixue” in “Qianjin Yifang”，is the representative prescription in the cold formulas for resuscitation. Zixue Powder，Angong Niuhuang Pill and Zhibao Bolus are collectively known as “three treasures for seasonal febrile disease”. Zixue Powder has a variety of ingredients，and has shown a variety of pharmacological effects，such as febrifuge，sedation，anti-inflammation，anticonvulsant，etc.，which has been widely used in the treatment of children with febrile convulsion，septic shock and other diseases. In this paper，the historical development，chemical components，modern clinical application，pharmacological action，preparation technology，quality control，development and utilization of Zixue Powder were reviewed，in order to provide some reference for the rational research and utilization of this classic prescription. |
