基于王新陆教授血浊理论探析三焦-膜原受邪致卒中后抑郁的辨治

摘要:

随着现代生活方式的不断改变及生活压力的不断增加，卒中后患者肢体运动障碍，严重影响患者的生活质量，导致心境障碍，临床上卒中后抑郁多以脏腑八纲论治，文章基于国医大师王新陆教授提出的血浊理论探讨三焦-膜原受邪致卒中后抑郁的中医辨治思路，指出三焦-膜原异常不仅导致血浊成为其独立致病因素，与中风密切相关，还会导致情绪障碍，卒中后患者三焦-膜原通道不畅，气滞血阻，络脉瘀滞，神气互化受阻，进一步影响脑络及脑神，产生抑郁障碍，从而为临床论治卒中后抑郁提供新的视角。

Abstract:

With the continuous change of modern life style and the continuous increase of life pressure，the limb movement disorder of patients after stroke seriously affects the quality of life of patients and leads to mood disorder. Clinical treatment of post-stroke depression is often treated by zang-fu eight principles. Based on the theory of blood turbidity proposed by Professor WANG Xinlu，a master of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM），this paper discusses the TCM differential treatment of post-stroke depression caused by pathogenic factors，and points out that the abnormality of triple energizer-membrane origin not only leads to blood turbidity as its independent pathogenic factor. Closely related to stroke，but also lead to emotional disorders，post-stroke patients with focal membrane obstruction，qi stagnation and blood stasis，collateral stasis，mutual qi obstruction，further affect brain collaterals and brain spirit， resulting in depression disorders，so as to provide a new perspective for the clinical treatment of post-stroke depression.
