基于长夏溃疡结肠炎的发病机制探讨“脾应长夏”的生物学内涵

摘要:
长夏季节,异常变化的肠道菌群可通过ROS/HIF-1α途径介导经典活化型巨噬细胞(M1)和替代活化型巨噬细胞(M2)的极化失衡,进而诱导溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的发生。文章基于长夏UC的发病机制探讨了“脾应长夏”的生物学内涵,以期阐明“脾应长夏”的生物学本质,揭示“天人相应”的科学内涵,以及从“肠道菌群活性氧(ROS)/缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)-巨噬细胞M1/M2极化”调节链的失衡机制切入,为UC的季节性发病的防治提供新的干预靶点。

Discussion on the biological connotation of“spleen corresponding to late summer”based on the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis in late summer

Abstract:
The aberrant intestinal flora in the season of late summer can mediate the macrophages M1/M2 polarization imbalance of macrophages through ROS/HIF-1α pathway,thus inducing the occurrence of ulcerative colitis(UC). Based on the pathogenesis of UC in the season of late summer,this paper discusses the biological connotation of“spleen corresponding to late summer”,in order to clarify the biological essence of“spleen corresponding to late summer”and reveal the scientific connotation of“correspondence between man and universe”. In addition,the imbalance mechanism of the regulatory chain of“intestinal microbiota-ROS/HIF1αmacrophage M1/M2 polarization”provides a new diagnosis and treatment target for the prevention and treatment of seasonal UC.
