国医大师王新陆之血浊与“胆气春升”关系探析

摘要:

近年来国医大师王新陆教授在血浊理论基础上，通过大量临床实践，创新性提出“胆气春升”与血浊的关系，进一步丰富了血浊理论。血浊是现代多种如心脑血管疾病、糖尿病等慢性病及各种代谢异常性疾病的前驱状态，是一种病理状态。此前对血浊研究多从五脏切入，鲜少论及少阳胆，王教授认为“胆气春升”理论对人体阳气升发、气机斡旋、脾胃运化、神机运转等具有重要推动、协调作用，对于血浊的发生发展和清除影响重大，治疗以化浊为本同时应注重升举清阳、调畅气机，为血浊及其相关现代疾病中医防治提供新思路。

Abstract:

Building upon his theory of blood turbidity，Professor WANG Xinlu，laureate of the title of Chinese medicine master，has made innovative strides in recent years by leveraging extensive clinical practice. He introduces a novel perspective by focusing on the theory of “spring rising of gallbladder qi”，elucidating its relationship with blood turbidity，and thereby further enriching the theory of blood turbidity. Blood turbidity forms the prodromal state for prevalent chronic diseases in modern days including cardiovascular diseases，diabetes and assorted metabolic abnormalities，also a pathological state. Previous studies on blood turbidity mostly focused on the five zang organs and rarely touched upon the shaoyang”gallbladder. Professor WANG Xinlu，believes that the theory of “spring rising of gallbladder qi” plays a significant role in promoting and coordinating the rises and expands of yang qi，the mediation of qi activity，the transformation and transportation of the spleen and stomach，and the operation of the shenji，and has a major impact on the occurrence，development and elimination of blood turbidity. So，the treatment strategies should be attentive to raising and developing the clear yang qi，and regulating qi activity，aiming to rectify turbidity at its root. This approach provides fresh perspectives for the prevention and treatment of blood turbidity and related modern diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.
