| 针刺在膝骨性关节炎治疗中疗效显著，通过不同针灸疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎研究发现，临床多以复式手法或联合治疗为主，适当增加针刺时长和频率，可以提高临床疗效，但刺激参数不一导致针刺治疗膝骨性关节炎缺乏科学严谨的参数量化和标准化，难以复现其疗效，限制针刺疗法推广运用。文章对针刺治疗膝骨性关节炎的干预方式、时间参数及证型与量效关系进行研究，系统分析针刺刺激量与临床疗效之间的量效关系，期望为规范化治疗体系提供循证依据，有助于临床针刺治疗膝骨性关节炎的标准化和推广。 |

| Acupuncture has demonstrated significant efficacy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis（KOA）. Studies on different acupuncture therapies for KOA have revealed that combined manipulations or integrated treatments are predominantly used in clinical practice. Appropriately prolonging acupuncture duration and increasing treatment frequency can enhance clinical outcomes. However， the lack of uniform stimulation parameters has resulted in the absence of scientifically rigorous quantification and standardization of parameters for acupuncture in KOA treatment，making it difficult to replicate its efficacy and thereby limiting the widespread application of acupuncture therapy. This study investigates the intervention methods，time parameters，and the relationship between syndrome types and dose-effect in acupuncture treatment of KOA. It systematically analyzes the dose-effect relationship between acupuncture stimulation dosage and clinical efficacy，aiming to provide evidence-based support for the establishment of a standardized treatment system and facilitate the standardization and popularization of clinical acupuncture in KOA management. |
