针刺调控铁死亡治疗中枢神经系统疾病的实验研究进展

摘要:
针刺疗法在中枢神经系统(CNS)疾病治疗领域的应用具有悠久的历史,并且疗效显著。其作用机制一直是后续研究者持续深入探索的课题。铁死亡是一种新型的程序性细胞死亡形式,相较于其他已知的程序性细胞死亡,铁死亡在细胞形态学、生物化学及遗传学等方面展现出显著差异。其核心机制涉及铁代谢紊乱、脂质过氧化和抗氧化防御功能障碍。铁死亡与多种CNS疾病的发生及进展密切相关,但其作用机制仍待明确。深入分析针刺疗法对铁死亡过程的影响及其与CNS疾病之间的联系,将为针刺疗法在CNS疾病治疗领域的创新应用提供新的理论基础。文章旨在通过系统梳理、归纳与整合相关文献资料,为针刺治疗CNS疾病的科学机制提供坚实的理论依据。

Abstract:
Acupuncture therapy has a long history of application in the treatment of central nervous system(CNS)diseases with remarkable efficacy. Its mechanism of action has been the subject of in-depth exploration by subsequent researchers. Ferroptosis is a new form of programmed cell death. Compared with other known programmed cell death,ferroptosis is characterized by distinct features in cell morphology,biochemistry and genetics. The core mechanism involves iron metabolism disorders,lipid peroxidation,and dysfunction of antioxidant defense. Ferroptosis is closely related to the occurrence and progression of various CNS diseases,but its mechanism of action remains to be clarified. In-depth analysis of the effect of acupuncture therapy on ferroptosis process and its connection with CNS diseases will provide a new theoretical basis for the innovative application of acupuncture therapy in the treatment of CNS diseases. By systematically reviewing and integrating the relevant literature,this article aims to advance the current understanding of the scientific mechanisms underlying acupuncture in the treatment of CNS diseases.
