目的: 观察养肝柔筋方对疲劳运动训练大鼠骨骼肌能量代谢物质的影响。方法: 采用游泳训练疲劳法制作运动疲劳模型,观察灌胃养肝柔筋方对大鼠肝、肌糖原、血糖、骨骼肌和血液LA、BUN、LDH含量的影响,并与传统糖原填充法对比。结果: 大鼠运动性疲劳时,肌、肝糖原含量和血糖浓度下降,肌LA、血LA和血BUN含量增加,血LDH活力升高(均P<0.01),而灌胃养肝柔筋方组和糖原填充组则可显著改善上述状况。结论: 糖原填充法和养肝柔筋方均可在一定程度上改善大鼠运动训练阶段骨骼肌能源物质的贮备和代谢状况,但作用机制有别。 |

Influence of Yanggan Roqjin Decoction on Rat's Energy Metabolism in Exercises |

Objective: To study the influence of Pingxiao Granule on the incubation period of asthsma and the airway inflammatory cellular indiltration in guinea pigs.Methods: The asthma model was established by ovalbumin sensitization.Twenty-four hours after challenge,the incubatiod periods of asthma was recorded and the bronchoalveolar lavage was performed in order to examine the staff count and cytological classification.Results: Compared with model group,Pingxiao Granule could prolong the incubation period of asthma and relief the airway inflammatory cellular infiltration markedly,P<0.05.Conclusion: Pingxiao Granule has an obviously anti-asthmatic and anti-inflammatory action. |
