中西医结合治疗充血性心力衰竭32例临床观察

摘要:

[目的]观察中西医结合治疗充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效。[方法]将患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组给予常规治疗加参麦注射液、香丹注射液治疗,观察疗效。[结果]充血性心力衰竭患者,用参麦注射液、香丹注射液治疗后,CHF显效率、总有效率和左室射血分数(LVEF)均明显提高,未发现有不良反应。[结论]参麦注射液、香丹注射液治疗CHF安全有效。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of combined TCM and Western medicine in treating congestive heart failure.[Methods] The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine therapy,while the treatment group with routine therapy and Shenmai (Ginseng and root of dwarflily turf) injection and Xiangdan injection.The curative effect was recorded.[Results] All the excellent effect rate,total effective rate and LVEF were significantly increased in patients with congestive heart failure treated with Shenmai injection and Xiangdan injection without adverse reaction.[Conclusion] The treatment with Shenmai injection and Xiangdan injection for CHF issafeand effective.
