| [目的]建立HPLC法测定脑血栓丸(Ⅰ号)中芍药苷的含量。[方法]以Inertex C18(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm)为色谱柱;乙腈—水(15:85)为流动相;流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:230 nm。[结果]芍药苷线性关系范围0.608～3.04μg,相关系数r=0.999 9,回收率102.7%,RSD=2.0%。[结论]此方法准确、可靠、重现性好,可适用于脑血栓丸(Ⅰ号)中芍药苷含量的测定。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To establish a HPLC method to determine the content of Paeoniflorin in Naox-ueshuan Pill (Yihao).[Methods] The chromatographic column was Inertex C18 (5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (15:85).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 230 nm.[Results] Linearity range of Paeoniflorin was 0.608~3.04μg (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 102.7%,and RSD was 2.0%.[Conclusion] This method was accurate,reliable and reproducible.It can be used for assaying Paeoniflorin in Naoxueshuan Pill (Yihao). |
