摘要: |
[目的]通过寒凝血瘀证和热毒血瘀证与血清游离钙浓度的关系探讨中医血瘀证的生物学基础,并研究中药对血瘀证的干预作用。[方法]80只大鼠随机分成5组,造模后各组行相应中药汤剂治疗。实验结束后检测全血黏度以及血清游离钙浓度。[结果]造模后大鼠全血黏度、血清游离钙浓度均明显升高。空白对照组及用药组各切变率下的全血黏度、血清游离钙浓度与血瘀模型组相比,均具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。[结论]中医血瘀证的形成机制与血清钙离子具有明确相关性,同时中药能很好的降低血瘀证大鼠的血液黏滞度。 |

Serum isolated calcium ievel in mice with syndrome of bloodstasis induced by cold coagulation and heat toxicity and intervention of TCM |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To explore the biologic basis of blood stasis in TCM through investigating the correlation of serum isolated calcium and blood stasis induced by cold coagulation and heat toxicity and further explore the intervention effect of some Chinese herbs.[Methods] Eighty rats were divited into 5 groups.After inducing blood stasis each group was treated with corresponding decoction of Chinese herbs.The whole blood viscosity and serum isolated calcium were determined at the end of experiment.[Results] Both the whole blood viscosity and serum isolated calcium were all increased after inducing disease.The whole blood viscosity under every shear rate and serum isolated calcium in the blank control group and medication group were all different significantly when compared with blood stasis group. (P<0.01 or P<0.05).[Conclusion] The developing mechanism of the syndrome of blood stasis in TCM has a definite correlation with the serum isolated calcium.Simultaneously,Chinese medication can significantly decrease the blood viscosity in rats with syndrome of blood stasis.This can provide the theoretic and experimental evidence for increasing the effect of diagnosing and treating blood stasis-correlating diseases. |
