| 摘要: |
| [目的]建立心舒宁片质量标准。[方法]采用显微鉴别法对檀香、三七进行鉴别;采用薄层色谱法对三七、丹参进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对丹参素进行含量测定。[结果]显微鉴别特征明显;薄层色谱鉴别斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;含量测定丹参素在0.198～3.168μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9998)。平均回收率97.4%,峰面积的相对平均标准差(RSD)=1.26%(n=6)。[结论]方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为心舒宁片的质量标准。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To establish quality standard of Xinshuning tablets.[Method] Lignum Santali Albi and Radix et Rhizoma Notoginseng were identified by microscopic identification;Radix et Rhizoma Notoginseng and Salviae Miltiorrhizae were identified by TLC;The content of danshensu was determined by HPLC.[Results] The microscopic characteristics were notable;The TLC sports developed were fairly clear,and the blank test showed no interference;Linearity range of danshensu was 0.1983.168μg (r=0.9998).The average recovery was 97.4% and RSD was 1.26% (n=6).[Conclusion] The methods are simple,accurate and reproducible.It can be quality standard of Xinshuning tablets. |
