蜂蜜、蜂胶对深Ⅱ度烫伤大鼠创面愈合的影响*

摘要:
[目的]研究蜂蜜、蜂胶外用对深Ⅱ度烫伤模型大鼠创面愈合的影响。[方法]采用YLS-5Q台式超级控温烫伤仪制备大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤模型。观察蜂蜜、蜂胶外用对烫伤创面愈合的影响,观察创面皮肤组织学变化,检测大鼠血清中羟脯氨酸(HYP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量。[结果]蜂蜜、蜂胶外用能显著提高烫伤大鼠创面愈合率(P<0.01);能显著提高大鼠血清中SOD、HYP含量(P<0.01或P<0.05)。[结论]蜂蜜、蜂胶外用具有明显的促进烫伤创面愈合的作用。

Abstract:
[Objective] To investigate the effects of honey and propolis on wound healing in rats with second- degree scald.[Methods] Second-degree scald on the back of rat was induced by scald-reproducing instrument with super-temperature control(YLS-5Q).The rates of wound healing and histological changes were observed.The level of hydroxyproline(HYP)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in serum were determined by ELISA.[Results] The rates of wound healing in treatment group were increased compared with the control group(P<0.01).The levels of HYP and SOD in treatment group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).[Conclusion] Honey and propolis has a promoting effect on burn wound healing by its external application.
