大黄酚对LPS诱导小胶质细胞炎性因子分泌的影响

摘要:
[目的]抑制小胶质细胞的过度活化,对中风、神经退行性病变等疾病的治疗有重要意义。考察大黄酚对脂多糖(LPS)诱导小胶质细胞炎性因子分泌的影响。[方法]培养小胶质细胞细胞株,检测大黄酚对小胶质细胞活力及LPS诱导的小胶质细胞一氧化氮(NO)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)产生的影响。[结果]与LPS相比,大黄酚可以抑制NO、TNF-α的分泌。[结论]大黄酚可以抑制LPS诱导小胶质细胞炎性因子的分泌。

Abstract:
[Objective] Suppressing the excessive activation of microglia is very important for the treatment of stroke, neurodegenerative and so on. The study is to visit the effects of Chrysophanol on the secretion of inflammatory factor from lipopolysaccharide-induced microglial. [Methods] We cultured microglia cell line, detect the cell viability of microglia and the secretion of nitric oxide(NO), Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha(TNF-α) from lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced microglial cell. [Results] Compared with LPS, Chrysophanol could inhibit the secretion of NO and TNF-α. [Conclusion] Chrysophanol can inhibit the LPS-induced secretion of inflammatory factor from microglia.
