| [目的] 探明不同种质资源山药同属药材作为山药商品药材使用的依据。[方法] 采用高效液相色谱法测定不同种质资源山药同属药材(褐苞薯蓣、参薯和山薯)尿囊素含量。[结果] 在相同生态环境、栽培技术和加工条件下,不同种质资源山药同属药材尿囊素含量存在无规律性差异。[结论] 不同种质资源山药同属药材可能有类似山药的“养胃”功效。 |

| [Objective] To explore the scientific basis for the medicinal materials from the different germplasm resources of the same genus as yam be used to replace yam commodity.[Methods] The allantoin contents of these medicinal materials, such as D. persimilis, D.alata and D.fordii, were determined by HPLC method.[Results] Under the same conditions of ecology environment, cultivation and processing, the different contents of allantoins among these medicinal materials showed no regularity. [Conclusion] The medicinal materials from the different germplasm resources of the same genus as yam may have the similar activity of "invigorating stomach" with yam. |
