金黄色葡萄球菌感染糖尿病足大鼠模型的建立及评价

摘要:
[目的] 建立金黄色葡萄球菌感染的糖尿病足大鼠模型并进行评价。[方法] 在现有文献数据的糖尿病足模型研究的基础上,采用高脂饲料配合链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导糖尿病,恒温恒压烫伤仪建立溃疡模型,局部皮下注射质控菌株建立感染,分阶段实施造模因素模型,局部皮下注射质控菌株建立感染,病症结合综合评价的方法初步建立金黄色葡萄球菌感染的糖尿病足大鼠模型。[结果] 模型对照组(M)与模型治疗组(M栽)在血清高敏C-反应蛋白(匀悦砸P)、一氧化氮(NO)、肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α )、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)方面比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组含量均较低。[结论] 该模型为糖尿病足感染的研究提供了一种可靠的工具。

Establishment and evaluation on model of diabetic foot infected by staphylococcus aureus in rats

Abstract:
[Objective] To establish and evaluate the model of diabetic foot infected by staphylococcus aureus in rats.[Methods] Based on the description about the establishment of the model of diabetic foot form the data in existing literature, combined with the clinical observation, high-fat diet with streptozotocin (STZ) was used to establish diabetes. Then constant temperature and pressure were given to establish ulcers. With a phased implementation of the modeling factors and a comprehensive evaluation method with integrated disease and syndrome a model of diabetic foot infected with staphylococcus aureus was initially established in rats. [Results] When compared between the model control group (M) and the model treatment group (MT) it was fond that HCRP, NO, AGES, TNF-α, NF, IL-1β, were different (P<0.05) with a lower levels in the treatment group. [Conclusion] A reliable tool is provided for studying infected diabetic foot with this model.
