[目的] 筛选香草镇痛方镇痛效果显著的提取工艺。[方法] 以扶他林软膏与天和骨通贴膏为阳性对照组,采用热水缩尾实验与扭体实验,比较不同工艺的香草镇痛方的镇痛效果。[结果] 除水提组外,其它工艺的香草镇痛方均能不同程度地延长小鼠痛阈值。[结论] 确定的香草镇痛方提取方法为:鸡舌香单独提取挥发油,药渣与秦艽、制草乌混合醇提。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To screen the extraction process by comparing the analgesic effect of different extraction process of vanilla analgesia prescription. [Methods] Taking voltaren ointment and Tianhe Gutongtiegao as the control group, and the analgesic effect of different process was determined by the tail-immersion test and acetic acid test. [Results] In addition to the group of water extraction, the other extraction processes could prolong the value of pain threshold in mice in different degrees. [Conclusion] The best extraction process for vanillaprescription for analgesia effect is using oil of Eugenia caryophyllata Thunb and extracts separately. The herb residue is mixed with extract and with G. macrophylla, Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix cocta. |
