[目的] 考察苦参、紫苏叶和绿茶联合应用对金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的体外抗菌活性,为预防和治疗金黄色葡萄球菌感染的中药制剂的研发提供实验基础。[方法] 采用琼脂稀释法测定了苦参、绿茶及紫苏叶提取物对金黄色葡萄糖球菌的抑菌活性,并用棋盘微量肉汤稀释法测取苦参提取物分别与绿茶及紫苏叶提取物联合用药时的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),并计算出分级抑菌指数(FIC).[结果] 苦参提取物、绿茶提取物和紫苏叶提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度分别为0.025 0、0.250 0、0.312 5 g/L.苦参提取物与紫苏叶提取物的联合抑菌实验结果:分级抑菌指数FIC=1.5,表现为无关作用。苦参生物碱提取物与茶叶提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌的联合抑菌实验结果:分级抑菌指数FIC=0.75,表现为相加作用。[结论] 苦参、紫苏叶和绿茶的提取物均对金黄色葡萄球菌具有良好的抑制活性,茶叶提取物与苦参提取物联合应用具有相加作用。 |

Study on antibacterial activity of combined application of sophora flavescens, green tea and folium perillae on MRSA in vitro |

[Objective] To observe the antibacterial activity of single or combined application of sophora flavescens,green tea and folium perillae against staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)in vitro in order to provide some references for the clinical preparation of the Chinese traditional medicines for treating MRSA infection.[Methods] The minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC)for single application to MRSA were detected by agar dilution method,and the combined application was carried out by broth dilution method and the fractional inhibitory concentration (FIC)was calculated and compared. [Results] The antibacterial activities of these extracts of Chinese traditional medicine against MRSA in vitro were in turn sophora flavescens,green tea and folium perillae (MIC in turn was 0.025 0, 0.250 0, and 0.312 5 g/L). The FIC of sophora flavescens combined with green tea and folium perillae separately was 0.75 and 1.5.[Conclusion] All of these extracts of Chinese traditional medicine have a potent antibacterial activities against MRSA in vitro. The compatibility of sophora flavescens and folium perillae has no correlation,however,the compatibility of sophora flavescens and green tea has inter-increasing effect. |
