[目的] 对维药蜀葵花[Althaea rosea (Linn.) Cavan.]中的黄酮类成分进行研究。[方法] 采用正相硅胶、反相ODS、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱及高效液相色谱手段进行分离纯化,并通过理化性质与波谱分析方法鉴定化合物的结构。[结果] 从蜀葵花体积分数为95%的乙醇提取物中分离了9个黄酮类单体成分,分别为木犀草素(1)、木犀草素-4'-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、山奈酚(3)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、山柰酚-3-O-(6″-O-反式对香豆酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、山柰酚-3-O-(6″-O-顺式对香豆酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、山柰酚-3-O-(6″-O-阿魏酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、山奈酚-3-O-芸香糖苷(8)、山奈酚-4'-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9).[结论] 化合物6、7为首次从蜀葵属中分离得到,9为首次从该植物中分离得到。 |

Abstract: |
[Objictive] To study the flavonoids constituents of Althaea rosea. [Methods] The chemical compounds were isolated through Sephadex LH-20, ODS, Silica gel column chromatorgraphies and PHPLC chromatorgraphy and identified by chemical and spectral analysis (1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, 1H-1H COSY, HMQC, HMBC, UV, IR, MS). [Results] Nine flavonoids were obtained and identified as luteolin (1), luteolin-4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), kaempferol (3), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4), kaempferol-3-O-(6″-O-trans-p-coumaroyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (5), kaempferol-3-O-(6″-O-cis-p-coumaroyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-(6″-feruloylglucoside) (7), kaempferol 3-O-rutinoside (8), kaempferol 4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (9), respectively. [Conclusion] Compounds 6, 7 were obtained from Althaea genus firstly, and 9 was isolated from the plant for the first time. |
