不同脂肪酸对淫羊藿苷模拟体内外溶液系统的影响

摘要:
[目的] 探究羊油中3种主要脂肪酸单一和不同比例配比处方是否对淫羊藿苷纳米粒的形成产生影响。[方法] 通过采用单体模拟炮制的方法,模拟炮制和煎煮过程,葡聚糖凝胶柱分离水煎液中的粒子,测定水煎液中粒子的粒径和ξ电位, 高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定粒子载药量和游离药量。[结果] 通过粒径电位测定可以发现3种脂肪酸单一和不同比例配比使用都会形成纳米粒子且会对淫羊藿苷纳米粒子的粒径和含药量形成产生影响。[结论] 不同脂肪酸成分对淫羊藿苷纳米粒子形成可能产生不同的影响。

Abstract:
[Objective] To explore three different fatty acid ratio of different proportions of single and whether the prescription icariin nanoparticles affect their formation. [Methods] By using single analog processing method, by using single analog processing methods, analog the process of processing and boiling, it takes particle size and potential sweep detection for the liquid and try to separate particles, detect the drug content and free particle dose by HPLC. [Results] Determined by the size of the potential discovery of three fatty acids could be found in different proportions and the ratio of single use will form nanoparticles and will epimedium glycoside drug content and particle size of nanoparticles formed impact. [Conclusion] Suet different fatty acid composition may have different effects on the formation of nanoparticles icariin.
