正交实验法优化番泻叶的提取工艺

摘要:
[目的] 优选番泻叶中番泻苷的最佳提取工艺。[方法] 建立同时测定番泻叶中番泻苷A和番泻苷B含量的方法,以番泻苷A、B的含量为指标,在单因素考察的基础上,进行正交实验优选最佳提取工艺。[结果] 番泻叶中番泻苷的最佳提取工艺为10倍量0.5%的碳酸氢钠60℃搅拌提取1h。[结论] 优化后的提取工艺稳定可靠,可为番泻苷相关研究和实际生产提供依据。

The orthogonal experiment method to optimize the extraction process of senna

Abstract:
[Objective] To select the best extraction process of sennoside from senna. [Methods] To establish the method for simultaneous determination of Sennoside A and Sennoside B, the method utilizes the content of Sennoside A and Sennoside B as a quality control. Based on the single factor, the best extraction process is selected by orthogonal test. [Results] The best process for extraction was 10 fold 0.5% sodium bicarbonate was used to extract Sennoside under 60 ℃ for an hour. [Conclusion] The developed process is stable and reliable, and can be readily utilized for related research and actual production.
