中医药高等院校新型教师考核评价体系初探

摘要:
当前,中医药高等院校迎来了自身跨越发展的历史机遇期,传统"德、能、勤、绩"的考核评价体系已不能满足学校发展的需要,建立一种综合评价、主动评价、自我评价、过程评价为特色的新型教师考核评价体系便显得尤为重要。文章探讨了中医药高等院校新型教师考核评价体系的特点、意义、内涵和实施,对中医药高等院校新型教师考核评价体系的理论和实践研究进行了初步探索。

Abstract:
At present, universities of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) ushered in its rapid development period of historical opportunities, the evaluation system of traditional "virtue, ability, diligent, accomplishment" has been unable to meet the needs of school development, the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation, evaluation, self-evaluation, active new teacher evaluation system for the characteristics of process evaluation is particularly important. This paper discusses the characteristics, higher institutions of Chinese medicine model of teacher evaluation system of meaning, connotation and implementation, conducted a preliminary exploration and research on the theory and practice of higher institutions of Chinese medicine model of teacher evaluation system.
