| 实施信息化教育既是国内外教育改革与发展的趋势与潮流，也是高等教育教学实践中面临的重要课题。目前推广使用的Blackboard教学平台是网络时代教育发展的要求，是教学现代化的鲜明体现。同时，以Blackboard教学平台为代表的信息化教育对教师教学能力提出了新的要求和挑战，高校教师必须具备相应的教学能力才能有效地实施信息化教育。探讨了Blackboard教学平台推广使用的背景下，教师教学角色的转变和教学能力的新发展。 |

| To apply information education is not only the future trend of college education both home and abroad, but also one of the most important objects in teaching and learning practice. Blackboard Academic Suite is popularized by our school authorities for sizing up the needs of high-level education in internet-age. Meanwhile, Blackboard Academic Suite poses new challenge for teachers to master related techniques and abilities to tailor to the needs of students. |
