医用臭氧关节腔内注射疗法对膝骨关节炎的临床疗效观察

摘要:

[目的]观察医用臭氧注射对膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。[方法]将40例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组采用臭氧结合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗，对照组采用单纯玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗，两组3周后通过VAS、Womac评分标准及平均起效时间，分析疗效。[结果]治疗后VAS、Womac评分值较治疗前均明显改善（P<0.01），平均起效时间明显变短（P<0.01）。[结论]两组均有效，且臭氧注射组优于对照组。

Abstract:

[Objective] The effect of medical ozone injection therapy on the knee osteoarthritis was observed.[Methods] Forty patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into treatment group and controp group randomly.The treatment group,employs the medical ozone treatment together with the sodium hyaluronate injection therapy,while the control group,employs the sodium hyaluronate injection therapy only.The curative effect was analyzed after three weeks according to the VAS,WOMAC index and the average effective time.[Results] Significant differences were shown in both groups after treatment in VAS and WOMAC index (P<0.01).The effective time was obviously shortened as well (P<0.01).[Conclusion] It can be concluded that the two groups of patients got recovery and the medical ozone treated group was superior to the contrast group.
