| [目的] 比较坤泰胶囊与脱氢表雄酮（DHEA）治疗卵巢储备功能降低（DOR）不孕患者的临床疗效。[方法] 将108例DOR患者随机分为2组，治疗组55例，予坤泰胶囊口服，每次4粒，每日3次。对照组53例，予DHEA，每次1粒，每日3次。连续观察3个月经周期，对不同时间点中医证候总评分和各临床症状疗效进行比较。[结果] 坤泰胶囊能显著改善证候总评分，在治疗2个月及3个月时两组证候总评分较治疗前均降低，对照组总评分较治疗前差异无统计学意义，治疗组降低明显，治疗前后比较及组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05），并随着用药时间的延长，情况改善更加明显，所改善的症状特点有所不同，如起效的速度，及潮热盗汗、神疲乏力、头晕耳鸣等症，在治疗1个月时治疗组疗效显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。随着治疗疗程的增加，在3个月时，大部分临床症状改善更明显，治疗组疗效显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。[结论] 坤泰胶囊能改善DOR患者的临床症状，提高患者生活质量，且其疗效明显优于DHEA，值得进一步研究和临床推广应用。 |

| [Objective] To compare the curative effect of diminished ovarian reserve for infertility patients between Kuntai capsule and dehydroepiandrosterone (DEHA).[Methods] 108 DOR patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group 55 cases took Kuntai capsule 4 tablets each time, 3 times a day and monitored their menstrual cycle for 3 months continuous. 53 patients in control group were given DHEA for 1 tablet each time, 3 times a day and compare the total score of TCM syndrome at different time with various clinical symptoms.[Results] Kuntai capsule can significantly improve the syndrome total score. After 2-3 months treatment, both syndrome score has no significant change. But treatment group has significantly decreased. Difference between treatment and groups were both significant (P>0.05). With the extension of treatment time, the improvement is more obvious. The improvement of symptomatic characteristics is also different, such as speed of onset, hot flashes, night sweats, exhausted, dizziness, tinnitus and other symptoms, after 1 month treatment, the curative effect in Kuntai group is obvious better than DHEA group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After 3 month's treatment, most of the clinical symptoms improvements are more obvious. The effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of DHEA group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Kuntai capsule can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with DOR as well as patients life qualities. It efficient is much better than DHEA which needs further research and popularization. |
