[目的]对蒙药蒙古鸦葱中的化学成分进行研究。[方法]采用正相硅胶、反相ODS和Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱以及高效液相色谱法进行分离纯化,并通过理化性质和波谱分析方法鉴定化合物的结构。[结果]从蒙药蒙古鸦葱95%乙醇提取物中分离并鉴定了19个单体化合物:3-O-阿魏酰基奎宁酸甲酯(1)、3-O-阿魏酰基奎宁酸(2)、4-O-阿魏酰基奎宁酸(3)、二氢咖啡酸(4)、二氢咖啡酸正丁酯(5)、二氢咖啡酸乙酯(6)、二氢咖啡酸甲酯(7)、咖啡酸(8)、3,5-二甲氧基-4-羟基-苯甲酸乙酯(9)、香草醛(10)、1'-O-香草醛酰基-β-D-葡萄糖苷(11)、5,7-dihydroxy-2-(4hydroxy phenyl)-4H-1-benzopyran-4-one(12)、2-(3,4-dihydroxy phenyl)-5,7-dihydroxy-chromen-4-one(13)、5α,8α-环外二氧麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇(14)、β-谷甾醇(15)、β-胡萝卜苷(16)、1-亚油酸单甘油酯(17)、亚油酸(18)、棕榈酸(19)。[结论]化合物1~3为首次从蒙药蒙古鸦葱中分离得到。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To study the chemical component of Scorzonera mongolica Maxim.[Methods] The chemical compounds were isolated through ODS, sephadex LH-20, silicagel column chromatorgraphies and PHPLC chromatorgraphy and identified by chemical and spectral analysis.[Results] Nineteen monomeric compounds were isolated and identified from the 95% ethanol extract of Scorzonera mongolica Maxim.:3-O-ferulylquinic acid methyl ester (1), 3-O-ferulylquinic acid (2), 4-O-ferulylquinic acid (3), dihydrocaffeic acid (4), dihydrocaffeic acid n-butyl ester (5), dihydrocaffeoy acid ethyl ester (6), dihydrocaffeic acid methyl ester (7), caffeic acid (8), 3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxy benzoic acid ethyl ester (9), vanillin (10), 1'-O-vanillinacyl-β-D-glycosidase(11),5,7-dihydroxy-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-4H-1-benzopyran-4-one(12), 2-(3, 4-dihydroxyphenyl)-5, 7-dihydroxy-chromen-4-one(13), 3β-hydroxyl-5α, 8α-epidioxyergosta-6, 22-diene (14), β-sitosterol (15), β-daucosterol (16), 1-linoleic acid monoglyceride (17), linolenic acid (18), palmitic acid (19).[Conclusion] Compounds 1~3 were isolated from the plant for the first time. |
