“辛开苦降法”在《伤寒论》、《金匮要略》、《温病学》中的运用

摘要:

随着现代疾病的日愈复杂，“辛开苦降法”逐渐受到广大中医药工作者的重视。笔者在进行《伤寒论》、《金匮要略》、《温病学》3部经典综合学习时发现，其中虽未直接提出“辛开苦降法”，但却多处体现了该法的运用。遂将经典串联学习，溯源《黄帝内经》，分析“辛开苦降法”在《伤寒论》、《金匮要略》、《温病学》中的运用，深入研究并阐明其作用优势、组方规律，以期进一步指导临床应用。

Abstract:

As the morden diseases being more complexed, more and more medical workers pay attention on "Acrid opening and bitter downbearing". When studied in Shanghanlun, Jinguiyaolue and Wenbingxue, It was found that many places had used the method without put forward the named "Acrid opening and bitter downbearing". So the root of "Acrid opening and bitter downbearing" was studied in Huangdineijing, and analyzed the application in Shanghanlun, Jinguiyaolue and Wenbingxue and entirely study. It's most effective funtion and its prescription ragularity to guide the clinic.
