[目的]对白鲜皮中的脂肪酸类成分进行研究。[方法]采用正相硅胶等柱色谱及高效液相色谱手段进行分离纯化,并通过理化性质与波谱分析方法鉴定化合物的结构。[结果]从白鲜皮70%乙醇提取物中分离得到5个脂肪酸类单体成分,分别为亚油酸(1)、1-O-linoleoyl-glycerol(2)、油酸(3)、棕榈酸(4)、α-棕榈酸单甘油酯(5)。[结论]化合物2为首次从白鲜属中分离得到,化合物5为首次从该植物中分离得到的化合物。 |

[Objective] To study fatty acids from the root bark of Dictamnus dasycarpus.[Methods] The chemical compounds were isolated through Silica gel column and PHPLC chromatorgraphies, and identified by chemical and spectral analysis (1H, 13C NMR, 1H-1H COSY, HMQC, HMBC, and MS).[Results] Five fatty acids were obtained and identified as linoleic acid (1), 1-O-linoleoyl-glycerol (2), oleic acid (3), palmitic acid (4), and glyceryl α-mono-palmitate (5), respectively.[Conclusion] Compound 2 was obtained from Dictamnus genus firstly, and compound 5 was isolated from the plant for the first time. |
