| [目的] 观察隔药灸神阙八阵穴联合角调五音疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎伴有焦虑、抑郁状态的临床疗效。[方法] 将90例溃疡性结肠炎伴焦虑、抑郁状态患者分为治疗组及对照组，每组45例，两组均接受美沙拉嗪肠溶片（每日1 g口服，每日3次）治疗。对照组给予口服艾司西酞普兰片10 mg/次，每日1次，治疗组接受隔药灸神阙八阵穴联合角调五音疗法。治疗前后对每例患者中医症状、直肠黏膜评分、汉密尔顿焦虑（HAMA）、抑郁（HAMD）量表评分，统计其临床疗效。[结果] 治疗后治疗组在中医症状总积分、直肠黏膜积分、HAMD总评分、HAMA总评分低于对照组，比较有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗组、对照组临床疗效总有效率分别为93.33%、75.56%，治疗组临床疗效总有效率明显高于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。[结论] 隔药灸神阙八阵穴联合角调五音疗法可以明显改善溃疡性结肠炎患者中医症状及缓解焦虑、抑郁状态，明显提高其临床疗效。 |

| [Objective] To observe the clinical curative effect of moxibustion on Shenque acupoint combined with angle adjustable array eight fifth therapy in the treatment of ulcerative colitis with anxiety and depression.[Methods] Ninty patients with ulcerative colitis and anxiety and depression were divided into treatment group and control group,45 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with Mesalazin Enteric-coated Tablets (1g oral 3/d). The control group was given orally escitalopram 10 mg/times,1 times/d,the treatment group received moxibustion Shenque acupoint combined with angle adjustable array eight pentameter. The TCM symptoms,the rectal mucosa score,the Hamilton anxiety and the Depression Scale (HAMA,HAMD) were evaluated before and after the treatment,and the clinical efficacy was statistically analyzed.[Results] after treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms,the total score of rectal mucosa,the total score of HAMD and the total score of HAMA were lower in the treatment group than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 93.33% and 75.56%,respectively,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Moxibustion Shenque acupoint combined with eight array angle adjustable five tone therapy can significantly improve symptoms in patients with ulcerative colitis and relieve anxiety and depression,improve the clinical curative effect. |
