| 摘要: |
| [目的] 建立牛黄清感胶囊HPLC含量测定，用于该制剂的质量控制。[方法] 运用Waters Alliance 2695高效液相色谱仪，采用C18色谱柱（4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm），流动相为乙腈-0.5％磷酸溶液，梯度洗脱，柱温40℃，流速为1.0 mL/min，检测波长为350 nm。[结果] 建立同时测定牛黄清感胶囊8个成分隐绿原酸，绿原酸，异绿原酸C，连翘酯苷A，黄芩苷，黄芩素，汉黄芩苷和汉黄芩素的方法。[结论] 该方法稳定、准确、重现性好，专属性强，可用于牛黄清感胶囊的质量控制。 |

| [Objective] To establish HPLC determination of Niuhuang Qinggan capsule for quality control of the preparation.[Methods] Waters Alliance 2695 HPLC is used on a C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.5% phosphoric acid solution. Elution with gradient,column temperature is 40°,the flow rate is 1.0 mL/min,detection wavelength is 350 nm.[Reslts] A method was established for the simultaneous determination of cryptochlorogenic acid,chlorogenic acid,isochlorogenic acid C,forsythiaside A,baicalin,baicalein,wogonin and wogonin in 8 components of Niuhuang Qinggan Capsules.[Conclusion] This method is stable,accurate,reproducible,and highly specific. It can be used for the quality control of Niu Huang Qinggan capsules. |
