基于数据驱动的制药干燥过程智能控制技术研究进展

摘要:
新一代信息技术的发展正驱动制造工业向数字化、智能化转型。本文以制药干燥过程为例,综述了基于数据驱动的过程优化建模的相关技术方法在解决药品质量提高与成本优化问题中的应用。分别从过程数据的信息融合、过程建模优化与过程自适应优化3个方面入手,旨在通过比较分析各方法的特点,说明基于数据驱动的过程建模对于复杂工艺过程控制的优越性,及其在提升过程智能化管控水平的重要作用。

Abstract:
The development of the new generation of information technology is driving the manufacturing to digital and intelligent industries. This review takes the pharmaceuticaldrying process as an example,and summarizes the application of data-driven process optimization modeling related technologies and methods in solving the problem of drug quality and cost optimization. We focus on the information fusion of process data,the model based process optimization and the adaptive process optimization. By analyzing and comparing the characteristics of various methods,we show the advantages of data-driven process modeling for optimization of complex process control and its important role in enabling intelligent process control and management.
