《千金要方》新雕本、宋校本错互条文考证

摘要:

通过考证《千金要方》新雕本、宋校本条文错互的现象，发现宋校本的医论条文与篇题相合，论说集中，内在逻辑严密，呈现出系统化的特点；其方论条文的编排，注重事类相从，条理清楚，查找便捷，实用性更强。结合宋代理学的社会文化背景及主校者馆阁官员的身份特征，提出：出于增强方书实用性的目的，宋臣对《千金要方》重新编次，使其内容编排更加趋于合理，临证查用方便快捷；宋校本具有理、法、方、药条文序列系统规范的特点；应当对宋臣医书整理的理念、指导原则、过程特点、具体内容，及其对中医学术内涵产生的影响进行全面深入的研究，辨章学术，以便正确理解、有效利用宋校医书的文本意义。

Abstract:

This paper compares different arrangements of entries in the newly-carved version and the Song dynasty imperial version of Qianjin Yaofang. The results suggest that theoretical entries in the imperial version are placed under proper headings. They are more systematically arranged to form more focused and logical expositions. The pharmacological entries are also better organized so that they are more user-friendly. Given the development of Neo-Confucianism at the time as a larger socio-cultural background,and the status of the chief editor as an imperial librarian,we may conclude that Qianjin Yaofang was officially reorganized in the Song Dynasty to increase its user-friendliness. The entries in the imperial version are systematically organized into four parts:that of theory,treatment,pharmacology and herbs. A thorough understanding of the efforts of the Song dynasty editors in terms of their ideas,principles,process and contents of their editing,as well as the implications of their editing on scholarly studies of Chinese medicine,will greatly enhance contemporary studies in the field,and improve our understanding and use of the texts of the Song dynasty imperial version.
