| 基于中医脉络学说中的重要组成-营卫气血理论，探讨脉络末端营卫气血交会生化的基本功能单位“孙络-微血管”，在糖尿病视网膜病变患者中，视网膜血管瘤、出血以及新生血管形成的密切关系。从而进一步丰富糖尿病视网膜病变的科学内涵，阐明糖尿病视网膜病变的病理机制，为构建糖尿病视网膜病变模型提供理论依据，为中医药防治糖尿病视网膜病变患者寻找新靶点提供参考。 |

| Based on the ying wei and qi and blood theory, which is an important component of the theory of Chinese medicine, this paper discussed the basic functional unit of ying wei and qi and blood intersection at the end of the vein, "Sunluo-microvascular". In diabetic retinopathy patients, there is a close relationship among retinohemangioma, hemorrhage and neovascularization. So as to further enrich the scientific connotation of diabetic retinopathy, clarify the pathological mechanism of diabetic retinopathy, provide theoretical basis for the construction of diabetic retinopathy model, and provide reference for the prevention and treatment of diabetic retinopathy patients with traditional Chinese medicine to find new targets. |
