| [目的] 比较异补骨脂素单次灌胃给药后，在雌性和雄性大鼠体内的药代动力学差异。[方法] 测定雌、雄大鼠单次灌胃给予56、28、14和7 mg/kg异补骨脂素后不同时间点的大鼠血浆药物浓度，计算相应的药代动力学参数。[结果] 4个不同剂量的异补骨脂素单次灌胃给药后，药物在不同性别大鼠血浆中Tmax，Cmax，AUC等参数存在差异。[结论] 灌胃给予不同浓度异补骨脂素后，其大鼠体内的药代动力学特征存在性别差异。 |

| [Objective] Comparison of pharmacokinetics between female and male rats after single intragastric administration of isopsoralen. [Methods] Determination of rat plasma drug concentrations at different time points after single gavage of 56, 28, 14 and 7 mg/kg psoralen in female and male rats, and calculate the corresponding pharmacokinetic parameters. [Results] After a single intragastric administration of 4 different doses isopsoralen, there were differences in the t1/2, Cmax, AUC and other parameters in the plasma of rats of different gender. [Conclusion] There are gender differences in the pharmacokinetic characteristics of rats after intragastric administration of different concentrations of isopsoralen. |
