摘要:

酸枣仁汤始见于《金匮要略方论》，后世多用治肝血虚、虚热内扰之失眠，然时有不效。文章从处方用药、虚实补泻方面结合同时期著作进行考据，认为酸枣仁汤实为热病后期余邪留扰，阴血内耗所设，实与肾精亏损、肝血虚甚、阴虚内热有别，其立方之意，与今所言慢性虚损性疾病更当加以区分，不可一概而论。文章对此展开详细探讨的同时，以此为切入点，探讨汉晋时期与当今外感内伤内涵之异，以求正本清源，指导临床立法处方。

Abstract:

Suanzaoren Decoction was first found in Synopsis of Golden Chamber, which is often used to treat insomnia caused by deficiency of liver and blood, deficiency and heat by later generations. But it is ineffective sometimes. Based on the textual research on the works of the contract period in the aspects of prescription medication, deficiency and excess tonifying and reducing, the author thinks that Suanzaoren Decoction is the internal friction of yin and blood in the later stage of febrile disease, and its cube meaning is quite different from that of chronic deficiency disease. It is a starting point to explore the difference in connotation of exogenous and internal injury between Han and Jin dynasties and today, in order to clarify the source and guide clinical legislative prescription.
