根据国家现阶段政策,对经典名方开发过程中的关键步骤——物质基准的质量相关性研究内容及进展情况进行综述。对于药材-饮片-物质基准的研究过程,从出膏率、指标性成分转移率及指纹图谱评价等角度综述了研究方法,为经典名方物质基准研发过程中的质量相关性研究提供参考。同时总结了中国知网(CNKI)已发表的经典名方物质基准量值传递的研究结果,并对质量传递波动过大的原因进行了分析。期望为经典名方物质基准的质量相关性研究提供思路和参考。 |

According to the current national policy, this article reviews the research content and progress of critical step in the development of classical famous formulations which is the correlation of material benchmarks. For the research process of medicinal materials-prepared pieces-substance benchmarks, the research methods were reviewed from the perspectives of ointment extraction rate, index component transfer rate and fingerprint evaluation, which provide references for the quality correlation research in the development process of classical famous formulations substance benchmarks. At the same time, it summarized the published research results of the standard value transfer of classic famous prescription substances in CNKI, and analyzed the reasons for the excessive fluctuation of mass transfer. This article hopes to provide ideas and references for the research on the quality relevance of the classical famous formula material standards. |
