摘要:

文章对《伤寒杂病论》中酒的分类与使用进行分析、总结，首先考证书中所用之酒多为当今米酒而非白酒。其次，归纳张仲景使用酒的主要作用包括6个方面，分别为：1）温阳散寒。2）通药性之凝滞，防补剂之黏稠。3）活血通经，破坚消癥。4）用药反佐，去性存用。5）祛风补虚。6）健脾除湿。其次，将用到酒的25首方剂按照用酒功效、方剂名称与用酒方法进行归纳整理，探寻张仲景用酒之义，指导进行临床实践。最后，探寻酒的使用原则与误用酒后的治疗方式，并对酒的后世使用及临床展望进行总结。

Abstract:

This paper analyzes and summarizes the classification and use of Chinese wine in the Treatise on Cold Damage Disease. First of all,the wine used in this book is mostly rice wine instead of high spirits. Secondly,the main significance of ZHANG Zhongjing's use of wine is summarized as follows:1)Warming Yang and dispersing cold. 2)The stagnation of the general medicine and the viscosity of the anti-tonic. 3)Promoting blood circulation and dredging meridians,breaking away from firmness and eliminating symptoms. 4)Drug anti-adjuvant,sex free storage. 5)Dispelling wind and tonifying deficiency. 6)Invigorate the spleen and remove dampness. Secondly, the 25 prescriptions used in wine are summarized and sorted according to the efficacy,name and method of wine use, so as to explore the meaning of wine use and guide clinical practice. Finally,explore the principles of using wine, misuse of wine and its treatment. At the end of the full text,the future use and clinical prospect of wine are summarized.
