| 多梦症是指睡眠不安，眠中梦境连绵不休，醒后感觉神疲、头昏的一种病症。志意御精神、收魂魄，属于对精神动作行为更高层次的调控。在志意辨证理论中，对多梦症的辨证不在脏腑形体，而在精神魂魄。 |

| Multiple dreams refer to unreal sleep，endless dreams in sleep，and fatigue and dizziness after waking up. The will to resist the spirit and collect the soul belongs to the higher-level regulation and control of mental action and behavior. In the system of differentiation of emotion and will，the syndrome differentiation of dreaminess is not in the viscera and body，but in the spirit and soul. |
