| 支气管哮喘是常见的慢性呼吸道疾病，氧化应激、炎症损伤与气道重塑共同参与了哮喘发病的全过程。核因子E2相关因子2（Nrf2）是细胞内关键的转录因子，不仅能激活各种抗氧化酶，减少活性氧的释放，缓解氧化应激，还能调节免疫炎症、线粒体功能、铁死亡等过程，从而减轻炎症损伤及气道重塑。近些年研究显示，中药可以通过激活Nrf2通路发挥抗炎、抗氧化的作用，进而有效的防治支气管哮喘。研究就近5年来中药调控Nrf2通路治疗支气管哮喘的实验研究进展进行综述，以期为中医药防治哮喘提供参考。 |

| Bronchial asthma is a common chronic respiratory disease,with oxidative stress,inflammation damage and airway remodeling playing a role in the entire process of asthma pathogenesis. Nuclear factor E2 related factor 2(Nrf2) is a critical transcription factor inside cells that not only activates various antioxidant enzymes,reduces reactive oxygen species release,and relieves oxidative stress,but also regulates immune inflammation,mitochondrial function,iron death processes,and thus alleviates inflammation damage and airway remodeling. In recent years,studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) can exert anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects by activating the Nrf2 pathway,which in turn can effectively prevent and control bronchial asthma. In this study,we review the progress of experimental research on the modulation of Nrf2 pathway by Chinese medicine in the treatment of bronchial asthma in the past 5 years,aiming to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of asthma with TCM. |
