中药调控内质网应激相关通路改善肝脏脂质代谢紊乱的机制研究进展

摘要:

肝脏是脂质代谢的重要器官，肝脏脂肪变性不仅直接威胁肝脏健康，还与肥胖、胰岛素抵抗及心血管疾病等发病密切相关。内质网应激是细胞的一种保护性应激反应，但过量的内质网应激则破坏细胞内环境，可影响肝脏脂质代谢，进而导致疾病发生。中药通过调控内质网应激相关通路可减轻慢性炎症、氧化应激、胰岛素抵抗，从而改善肝脏脂质代谢紊乱。文章综合近年国内外研究文献，梳理中药有效成分基于内质网应激相关通路防治肝脏脂质代谢紊乱的研究进展，以期为中医药防治肝脏脂质代谢紊乱提供一定的理论依据，并为临床新药研发提供有益参考。

Abstract:

Liver is an important organ of lipid metabolism. Hepatic steatosis is not only a direct threat to liver health, but also closely related to obesity, insulin resistance and cardiovascular diseases. Endoplasmic reticulum stress is a protective stress response of cells, but excessive endoplasmic reticulum stress can destroy the intracellular environment, affect liver lipid metabolism, and then lead to diseases. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) can reduce chronic inflammation, oxidative stress and insulin resistance by regulating endoplasmic reticulum stress-related pathways, and thus improve liver lipid metabolism disorders. This article summarizes recent domestic and foreign literature, and reviews the current research progress of Active components in Chinese herb in preventing and treating liver lipid metabolism disorders based on endoplasmic reticulum stress-related pathways. It aims to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of liver lipid metabolism disorders with TCM, and offer a valuable reference for the research and development of new clinical drugs.
