| 摘要: |
| 慢性心力衰竭（CHF）是各种心脏疾患的终末阶段，归属于中医“肺胀、喘证、心悸、心水”等范畴。中医药对改善CHF患者症状及长期预后具有显著疗效。CHF的病理因素与气血水的产生和转化密切相关，而脾肺两脏与心关系密切，是气血水形成和代谢的重要脏腑，临床可从脾肺治疗CHF。 |

| Abstract: |
| According to Chinese medicine,chronic heart failure,also known as "lung distension,asthma,palpitations, and heart water",is the severe and continuous stage of many cardiac illnesses. Chinese medicine has shown remarkable efficacy in improving the symptoms and long-term prognosis of patients with chronic heart failure. The pathological factors of chronic heart failure have a close relationship with the production and transformation of qi,blood and water,and that the spleen and lungs are closely related to the heart and are important organs for the formation and metabolism of qi,blood and water,so chronic heart failure can be treated clinically from the spleen and lungs. |
