驻景丸加减方联合中药熏蒸治疗干眼症的临床疗效

摘要:

[目的] 分析使用人工泪液结合驻景丸加减方口服，联合中药熏蒸治疗干眼症的临床疗效。[方法] 研究采用回顾性研究方法。收集2022年3月—2024年2月上海中医药大学附属市中医医院眼科门诊就诊的60例（120只眼）干眼症患者的基线资料，根据治疗方法不同，将患者分为对照组和中西医治疗组，对照组单纯使用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗，中西医治疗组除了使用玻璃酸钠滴眼液，还同时加用驻景丸加减方口服，联合中药熏蒸治疗，每组各30例（60眼）。治疗4周后，比较两组患者治疗后的干眼相关临床指标。[结果] 治疗4周后，对照组总有效率为76.7%，而中西医治疗组总有效率为90.0%，两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。与治疗前相比，两组患者荧光素染色泪膜破裂时间（FBUT）均延长、泪液分泌试验（SIT）数值均增加，角膜荧光染色评分数值均下降，较治疗前差异有统计学意义（P均<0.01）。与对照组相比，中西医治疗组FBUT、SIT数值增加更多，角膜荧光染色评分下降更明显，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。[结论] 使用人工泪液联合驻景丸加减方口服，配合中药熏蒸治疗干眼症疗效确切，安全有效，可有效改善患者的临床症状。

Abstract:

[Objective] To analyze the clinical efficacy of using artificial tears combined with modified Zhujing Wan orally and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) fumigation for the treatment of dry eye syndrome. [Methods] This study employed a retrospective research approach. Collect baseline data of 60 patients(120 eyes) with dry eye syndrome who visited our ophthalmology clinic from March 2022 to February 2024. According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into a control group and a traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group. The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops alone,while the traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in addition to the modified formula of Zhujing Wan orally,combined with TCM fumigation treatment. Each group had 30 cases(60 eyes). After 4 weeks of treatment,compare the dry eye related clinical indicators between the two groups of patients. [Results] After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 76.7%,while the total effective rate of the traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group was 90.0%. There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05). Compared with before treatment,both groups of patients showed prolonged fluorescein stained tear film rupture time(FBUT),increased tear secretion test(SIT) values,and decreased corneal fluorescence staining scores,with significant statistical differences compared to before treatment(P<0.01 for both groups). Compared with the control group,the FBUT and SIT values increased more in the traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group,and the corneal fluorescence staining score decreased more significantly,with significant statistical differences(P<0.01). [Conclusion] The use of artificial tears combined with modified Zhujing Wan orally,combined with TCM fumigation,is effective,safe,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of dry eye syndrome in patients.
