摘要:

文章总结国医大师卢芳教授基于《黄帝内经》“诸湿肿满，皆属于脾”理论论治类风湿关节炎经验。卢教授基于“诸湿肿满，皆属于脾”的中医理论，认为类风湿关节炎的病因病机为湿土之气生化过盛，湿邪困阻，水寒凝滞，浊阴不降，卫气不升，经络痹阻日久，逐渐累及全身。在治疗类风湿关节炎时应“分而析之”，通过扶阳、实土、除湿、利水的方法，使体内被郁的水湿之邪外出，临证运用自拟方治疗类风湿关节炎效果明显，为临床治疗类风湿关节炎提供新思路。

Abstract:

To summarise the experience of Professor LU Fang，a master of national medicine，in treating rheumatoid arthritis（RA） on the basis of the theory of “all dampness，swelling and fullness belong to the spleen” in the Yellow Emperor’s Classic of Internal Medicine. Based on the Chinese medicine theory of “all dampness，swelling and fullness belong to the spleen”，Professor LU believed that the etiology of rheumatoid arthritis is that the biochemistry of dampness and earth qi is too over-exuberant，dampness is rapped and obstructed，water and cold are stagnant，the turbid yin is not descending，and the guardian qi is not ascending，so the meridians and col-laterals are paralyse for a long period of time，and then the whole body is gradually affected. Professor LU believed that the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis should be “divided and analysed”，through the method of supporting yang，solid earth，removing dampness，diuresis，so that the water and dampness in the body was depleted out of the evil，and the use of self-proposed formula for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis is obvious，and has repeatedly obtained miraculous results，which provides a new idea for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis in the clinic.
