| 中药归经理论是中药药性理论的重要组成部分，阐述了药物重点作用的部位，是认知中药、使用中药的中医指导理论之一，也是中药现代研究的重点。文章梳理了归经理论的历史沿革与当代研究进展，发现当代归经研究以实验为主，以药理作用、有效成分、微量元素、受体学说、环核苷酸变化、超分子化学、基因表达水平、系统生物学、网络药理学、分子热力学等方式探究归经，以期为归经理论的进一步研究提供思路。 |

| The historical evolution and current research status on meridian tropism |

| Abstract: |
| The theory of meridian tropism in traditional Chinese medicine is an important component of the theory of medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicine. It explains the key areas of action of drugs and is one of the guiding theories for traditional Chinese medicine to recognize and use traditional Chinese medicine. It is also a focus of modern research on traditional Chinese medicine. The article reviews the historical evolution and contemporary research progress of the theory of meridian tropism，and finds that contemporary meridian tropism research is mainly based on experiments，exploring pharmacological effects，active ingredients，trace elements，receptor theory，cyclic nucleotide changes，supramolecular chemistry，gene expression levels，systems biology，network pharmacology，molecular thermodynamics，in order to provide ideas for further research on meridian tropism theory. |
