痛风是由于机体嘌呤代谢异常和(或)尿酸排泄障碍引起的一种代谢性疾病。黄酮类化合物广泛存在于自然界中,有着良好的抗痛风作用。通过查阅国内外最新相关文献报道,文章对黄酮类化合物抗痛风作用及作用机制的研究进展进行综述,以期为新药研发和中医药临床治疗提供更加有力的理论支持。 |

Abstract: |
Gout is a metabolic rheumatic disease caused by abnormal purine metabolism and/or impaired uric acid excretion in the body. Flavonoids are widely present in nature and have good anti gout effects. By reviewing the latest relevant literature reports at home and abroad,this article reviews the research progress on the anti gout effects and mechanisms of flavonoids,in order to provide more powerful theoretical support for the development of new drugs and clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. |
